Lodging in Cartagena

Hey,

I am quite excited about going to Caratgena with my girlfriend for 5 days. Anyone knows a nice and affordable place where we could stay for a few days? I would also love to sleep over night in the Islas del Rosario. Any advice?

Thanks.

try cartagena relax....
nice place in Getsemani, walking distance to everything.
and it's an easy crawl home from Mr. Babilla!!!
This is the best place to end the night.
Good Luck!

Old city or Boca Grande? IMHO, and overnight stay in the Islas del Rosario is not worth the pesos.

I enjoyed staying at the Hotel DeCameron. The hotel is an inclusive ( includes all meals, domestic alcohol, and snacks. They have an inexpensive trip to the Isle De Baru that I really enjoyed also. The rooms were average at best but the food was decent. The staff were very friendly. They also have a nightly show. Price is about US100 a day. Not bad since it includes your food and drinks.

We offer apartments for rent in Cartagena de Indias.

Our apartments are located in the neighbourhoods of Laguito, Bocagrande and in the Old Historic City:

Two I used:

http://www.casalafe.com/ beautiful small botique hotel in the old city

http://www.pietro.com/english/index.htm comfortable and pleasant small hotel in Bocogrande, near the beach (cheaper).

Both offer WiFi wireless, in room internet (deluxe room ?).

Seems that some people think "everybody's outa step but me".
