Living In colombia

My girlfriend currently lives in Barranquilla and i want to move there and live with her. i am from the England and i have had enough of life here. i am 30 yrs old and want to go and live there. how difficult will this be to achieve. What kind of documents do i need to provide to live there? Or what kind of visa do i need and how do i apply. Also one last thing. Will it be difficult for me to work and earn money there? Sorry for all the qestions but i do not know where to start to fulfill my dream of going living there. Sorry one last thing, I am not loaded and do not have much money
