Let's keep these forums separate

There has been a lot of posts about the Farc/Chavez/Correa/Uribe situation and the threat of war in Colombia and northern South America, but let's keep in mind that we have an appropriate forum for these threads: Politics and the war.

I've removed most of the war/politics thread from Friendly Talkzone to the right place now, at least from the first page. Keep on commenting but hey let's be civil, respect everybody's right to their opinions and the freedom of speech.

Cheers,
Desi

Bang.............no sooner did you do this than another thread started............

All these threads about the general situation are really hard to keep up with............it seems that everytime someone finds an article, they paste it here..............and I have made amazingly intelligent comments on some of them.........the thing is, there are so many, I forget where my words of wisdom are embedded.

Could these threads have numbers instead ot titles..........maybe War 21 and War 32.......that way I could remember which ones to keep checking up on.

It's understandable the desire for more information...................especially for Colombian folks living in a different country..........you, most likely, could devour everything that is written.

But, it's really a tad anti-climatic..............nothing is happening...........and apart from a load of huffing and puffing.............nothing will happen.

.My 75 cents worth.

.

.........Its useless to argue with ignorance

Yes, somebody reads an article, posts it followed with a plea, demand, order for somebody else's head, or somebody's body rotting in hell or whatever, followed by three, four comments cursing somebody, first a president or a guerrillero then cursing each other.

I understand emotions are riding high and passions are flaring but let's just take a step back, breath in, think a little and keep on reading and analyzing what we read before posting a new thread on already propaganda-filled media releases.
