Leticia and Beyond

Heading of to Leticia and beyond for a couple of months and am interested to hear from those who have done any jungle tours either side of the boarders.

Is it better to go further down the amazon to manaus , is it cheeper this side etc. I was hoping for a 4 - 6 day exursion so any advice on do and do nots and recomendations of any operators and of course those not to use.
