Let the 20th Central American/Carribean Games Begin!

5,000 athletes from 32 countries are playing in Cartagena. The games will end on July 30.

Cartagena will host 12,000 people between the athletes, organizers, and tourists.

Venezuela has won the first medal (in weightlifting).

And the best part: the games are free of charge!

ESPN*** Results so far... Venezuela has seven medals: 1 gold, 5 silver, and 1 bronze.
Cuba has two medals: 2 gold, 1 silver.
Mexico has three gold medals.
