leaving on 61st day - need to extend my visa?

I had a reservation to leave Bogota today. At the airport they said they had my reservation in the computer but no seats available. So now i leave tomorrow. Does anyone know if i am going to have problems? Or what will happen if I do nothing.
Will they not care?
Will they not let me re-enter in the future?
Maybe i can just pay penalty?
Maybe they wont let me leave until my visa is current?
Anybody had a similar situation in the past?

Technically you need to get an extension.

What will happen at the airport is anybody's guess I think. I've heard of people paying fines for overstaying by day or two and leaving, but if they send you to DAS to pay it/extend it you will miss your flight.

I extended mine today on day 64 without a fine or problem at DAS in Medellin (I procrastinated and showed up on day 60 friday and they were closed)

The exact same thing happened to me....dont worry. They took me to the DAS office behind immigration and put my name in a book....that was it....no fine ,I suppose it depends on who deals with it,but i am sure it will be fine.....lets us all know how you got on!

Grateful, (can I call you that?). Very easy in Europe, fella. Wasn't gonna bother putting everything in, (still a couple I've been to that I probably forgot about), but I thought it was good for a laugh. Now get yerself an avatar, and stop coveting my profile. Like the piccy?

It depends upon the original DAS agent you will deal with. Most likely nothing but being questioned. See if you can prevail on your airline to give you a printout of your original schedule.

Mellow. Went to airline counter, they sent me to impuestos counter (among the ticketing agents on the opposite side of the checkin). I gave them my passport, they gave it a stamp, no fee (maybe b/c it was only one day, who knows) and that was it. took a whole 2 minutes.
