im going to cali and wanted to know if there are spanish courses in the universities there. that way get to meet people as well. anyone done this or do they generally not teach spanish there ?

I used to work there and there used to be courses for foreigners. You can check with a Ms. Molano, she used to be the director of the program. Also, say hi to Lynch and Stendall, et.al.
