I posted about some places
I posted about some places to take Spanish for foreigners. Why not to try "poorbuthappy guides-Learning Colombian Spanish" to the left side of your screen.

Let me know (I prefer a place like Universidad Santiago de Cali that is full of students)

La USACA is a good place to start Yes, the Universidad Santiago de Cali's Language Institute might be a good place to start. I used to work there and there used to be courses for foreigners. You can check with a Ms. Molano, she used to be the director of the program. Also, say hi to Lynch and Stendall, et.al.
