lampltr says on Mar 5, 2008, 01:10: Ecuadorian government cannot complete anything without its eastern most neighbor, so not a worry...Venezuela, we desire our jets back, so just as easy for an excuse to step in, take out the leadership (That's to the left), remove the aircraft & give to Colombia and/or let the military leadership re-establish reforms, build up a new transit aircraft base to replace Manta then return the troops back to the states. Majority of military generals cannot stomach a war with its friends/allies to the west (Colombia), so this an easy fix before everything potentially gets out of hand in the future.

chester says on Mar 5, 2008, 05:08: so, here's what could happen...chavez sends his troops across the border and they make their way towards cali, medellin, bogota, etc....but first, they get held up with immigration, then find out they don't have any pesos or credit to pay for the ruinious fuel prices for their tanks.
|
|
chester says on Mar 5, 2008, 05:18: oh yeah, chavez is later found dead in bogota when he freezes to death standing in line waiting for a f'ng visa interview at the US embassy and having had to breath the polluted air. (the autopsy is inconclusive as to to whether the tears found in his eyes are from the pollution or disapointment in his own judgement)

I understand that you are just baiting Americans with your comments, but if you are going to dis the U.S. use some verbal skills and not the moronic crap you just spilled about the U.S. flag. You are such a child. It is not life that matters, but the journey. |

Robert Jorge says on Mar 7, 2008, 00:06: RAAAY, pretty funny (but true). Actually, and ironically, a big reason the colonies beat the British during the Revolution was because they were helped out by the Hessian's (Germans). The city of Zweibrucken, Germany is the sister city to Yorktown, VA - mainly because of the history of the Germans helping out the insurgents (Americans) in the decisive battle of Yorktown.
