Last Minute Airfare to Colombia

Do any of the "last minute" discount airfare websites offer service from the US to Colombia? I know the typical, Expedia etc...but am wondering if there are better sites out there. What sites have you had success in finding fares?

Forget December Don't bother looking for low fares in December. This is the most expensive month.

I would use http://www.kayak.com. You can even set up an email update to yourself if the price drops to a certain level.

Another place to look is at Avianca's promotions. http://www.avianca.com/Promociones/co/ You just have to check back every now and then. When viewing the prices, notice that tax is not included, which will substantially increase the price.

FareCompare has an extension... ...you can add to your Foxfire Browser. The icon sits in your tray and notifies you of any changes. Currently it is showing a flight for $436 from Atlanta but last week the same flight was $349. These reported flight are from the airlines. http://www.farecompare.com/

Avianca Thanks expatriate, I'll give it a try. I've always been a little scared of Avianca's website because of the negative comments on PBH. I've never had a problem flying Avianca, but apparently many people have.

Aztec, that is a great tip. I use Foxfire so I will try that out today.
