I was sitting in front of my building watching the world(read chicas) go by. What do I see but a bus escorted by three police cars with lights flashing. They pull up to the Hilton four buildings down. The newpaper confims my suspicion. Twenty one of Colombia's finest have arrived for the competition.
Let the party begin-tomorrow of course. The election tomorrow has the town closed until tomorrow evening.

tomtom33 says on Oct 30, 2005, 05:54: You party pooper Actually the pageant is not too overrun with tourists. The worst times are 12/15 to 1/15 and Semana Santa. I always plan to be out of town for the Christmas rush. This year I may plan to be elsewhere for Easter as well.
