Anybody have an experience with Landed Immigrant Status hearings, (not spousal). This is someone who is here on a work visa and has applied for the above status. I have many friends that have gone through this with no problems but they were here as refugees. A friend of mine has his hearing on Friday, his understanding is that there's nothing he can do or bring to help them make their decision in favour of him staying in Canada.
Just curious :)
