Laguito Cartagena Apt for Rent/Video

Hello. I am renting my Cartagena Apartment for the months of December and January. I can possibly extend to Feb 15.

The apartment is in el Laguito right by the beach and the Hotel Caribe.

The apartment is a one bedroom , with a sleeper/sofa bed in the living room. There is hot water , fast speed internet available in the apt , an amazing beach view from a huge balcony, and the building has a beautiful pool in the back of the building.

I am asking 1800( aprox 850 US dollars) mil colombian pesos per month given that it is the high season. This includes all services, cable, internet. The prices with daily maid and cooking/cleaning/ clothes would be 1950 mil pesos ( approx 9000 us dollars). I have a made who is an excellent cook!

I will also consider by the week rental, the rate would not be the same though - however I prefer monthly.

(Which is approximately 175 Dollars).. Of course could be more expensive, but a 1100 Dollars... thats way too much...
Sorry for the long comment... but I felt I just had to.
And perhaps 850 us$ is regular for rent... if my guy and I are going to rent a one-bedroom place (in Cali, in a nice neighborhood), it would cost just about 250,000 pesos (110us$).

No my maid recieves 220 mil pesos a month which is about 100 us dollars a month.

NOT 9000 us dollars a month. That would be a very expensive maid! LMAO!
