Reinas plasticas I read in El Tiempo that all but one of the Reinas has had cosmetic surgery. Most have boob and nose jobs. Only Srta Cesar was all natural.

It's really a shame since there are so many naturally beautiful Colombianas.

I agree with the others that the nose job, siliconas are the worst. I'll take a natural girl any day. Pretty women in Colombia are all over the place in the upper scale bars and tourist areas.
