I just started using JGB Kola Granulad Tarrito Rojo this past week and have noticed a side effect or perhaps it is just a coincidence. I seem to be more aggressive, wanting to argue and fight all the time, and my patience has disappeared. I wonder if it is an effect or just a bad week.

It does however make my piss a lovely shade of green!

Is that better known as Garana, or Guarana? or, is this something different?

And, I will be the first to ask, because I know so many of us are going to want to know: Is it available 'a punta de pecho'?

I am considering a whole new marketing scheme with the American Pharmaceutical Industry for this new means of 'drug delivery systems' and ways of ensuring that old men take their drugs!

Kernow, I think Sam has a point... I think I have noticed your absentee-ism the last few days from PBH, and now I am concerned that you are splitting time between fighting with the dogs, and being mesmerized with that "lovely shade of green". You're taking too much of whatever it is. Unless your taking up Kickboxing.

It might be dumping your gall into your bladder, and I'm not sure, but that could be a problem.

Are sure kernow is the Kola Granulada? or maybe is all the fumes you are inhaling painting your house.;)

GDL, I will reduce the dose or split it up into smaller doses to see if it makes a change.

Here's a link for those not familiar with this vitamin supplement.

I received a PM that may hold a clue to my sudden urge to fight with all and sundry. Apparently JGB bottles essence of GIB, hence the GB part of their monicker. It should only be used in dire emergencies when you have to venture to the danger zone known as Unicentro or the occasional expedition to Zona Rosa.

I might have to give some of this to my 15-year-old, who is middle linebacker on his JV football team, even though he is smallest guy on team!!!

That's why he should play footy (soccer) even the little lads can kick the shins of the big boys and make them cry. In American football you can kick to your hearts content and the buggers don't feel a thing, I think this is just plain wrong!

Kernow.... mind over matter.... he takes a licking and keeps on ticking.... BUT, MOST USUALLY HE IS DISHING THEM OUT! When you are a little package of dyno-mite! you have to have every edge the other BIGGER, MORE SLOTHENLY guys won't ever know about! :)

when I was in Cali, the only thing I could find for him for some sort of gift, was a Black T-shirt saying: NO HABLA MIERDA!

Yep. It brought a smile to his face.

That's a cool t-shirt. I had a hard time finding t-shirts I liked in Colombia and even when I bought larger than my size they still shrunk up to a kid's size.

I am waiting for belly shirts for men to come into style, I have a whole collection and I also have a belly to go with them!

GDL & Kernow 'Tis true about the small guy overcompensating for his lack of size.....we had a game on Saturday which we won 3-2, it's not unusual for me to be the smallest/lightest guy on the pitch so one has to really know how to take care of themselves, anyways I just started training with this team this very week and the coach decided to give me the last 15 minutes of the second half, all it took was 5 minutes for me to take out a poor bugger who went up for the ball with me, I didn't see him winded but my team mates were asking me what the hell I did to this guy....I just told them I was making sure he knew I was around.

Kernow....very interesting these symptons you're getting....we have a big sized tarrito rojo which I need to start taking now I'm burning so many calories...I don't mind the symptoms as I'm normally a very docile person.

Let me know if you experience the same thing. I was taking three teaspoons in a glass of water in the morning, but have since split it up into three doses of 1 teaspoon each, spaced throughout the day. I seem to have mellowed out a bit.
