Ran into something interesting while looking around on VisaJourney. Someone is saying that they are hearing that K3's may be going away. Also that a couple embassies (Canada and Turkey is what I saw) are stopping K3's and telling people to wait for the CR1/IR1. Anyone else hear about this? kinda sounds stupid to me. I would want whatever would get my spouse/child to the US faster. I didn't see anything that said Colombia is doing the same.
Any thoughts?

utopiacowboy says on Aug 10, 2005, 06:00: I haven't heard anything like that. It would make sense to try to eliminate the need for the K-3 and process the CR-1 much faster but that does not seem to be happening. I'll have to check out VJ and see what's up. Disclaimer: any comment I make is inane and is not to be taken seriously, and is so patently ridiculous that no one should take it seriously, even as an insult. |
