K1 and health insurance question

Hi, i was wondering any other experiences out there similar to mine ...I tried to add my now wife to my blue cross blue shield insurance policy and they said no till she gets a social security number -which will be about 2 months as we have to wait now till she get her work card .....if anybody had any luck please let me know what insurance company they used ???? thanks .
