Hello again,
Does anyone know all the forms i will need to get the k-1 visa for fiance??
ive searched and searched but nothing is concrete!!
so if anyone got a list of all the forms needed and which i need to turn in with each other i will be very very appreciative and maybe buy everyone some brownies!

Anyway, goin_south is correct. Just go to the US government website, you can even find it simply by Googling "USCIS". Just do exactly what they tell you to do. Visajourney is also a great site, but can be a little harder to navigate and can be a bit overwhelming ... almost like "to much" info. But, there is a thread in visajourney.com that is "sticky noted" as a concise, step by step, detailed process for filing for the K1 visa. Just spend some hours studying about the process, and it should start to make sense. The initial petition for the K1 is the form I-129f along with the required other documents and evidence as stated on the 129f form.
