Just FYI, Different rates given with 2 different cards at same ATM, same time!

#1 With PAYPAL card ONLY charges $1 per transaction but shittier rate!

Debit Card ATM Withdrawal From AV.5 NORTE #23AN 4 Cali Dec. 2, 2008 Completed Details -$391.84 USD -$1.00 USD 900,000cop comes out to 2296.8

#2 With WAMU platinum debit card! Charges 1% but better rate!

12/2/2008 AV.5 NORTE #23AN 49 CALI 1202 M $64.66 for 150,000cop comes out to 2319.8 .64 cents foreign transaction fee..

So you see it does vary for which card you use. So people here who say they get NO FEES probably are getting the worser rate with the F.T.F built in already.

We all need to meet up at a bar and get into a big "dueling ATM cards" shoot-out.

I bet my RBC International (.49% fee but smokin' international exchange rates) can kick ALL your asses... LOL

let's see...my card...

NO fee
regular bank rate of the day. So, same as everyone gets.

Beat that.

Just because you have been to Colombia, that does NOT mean that you are anywhere near an expert on the place. Sorry. Truth hurts.

Regular bank rate? That's like paying retail. Only suckers pay retail. ;-)
