John gilletti's furnished vacation rentals and room rentals in Medellin colombia

Hi Everyone,
just an update about what is currently available in Medellin as vacation rentals. We have furnished apartments from one bedroom units all the way up to full blown penthouses.

Everything is available as a long term or a short term rental.
Since everyone is mostly interested in Poblado, that is where most of them are located, however we also have apartments in Laureles as well.

I also have furnished and non furnished apartments for sale as well as fincas.

Laureles is a very cool section of the city where you can walk safely to just about anything that you could want including movie theatres, malls, gyms, restaurants, banks, grocery stores etc. etc.

I also advertise my share of my elegant penthouse which is also in Laureles.
I rent rooms to vacationing foreigners for fifty dollars per night which includes your daily breakfast and maid service.

The penthouse has cable, internet phone, local phone, and really fast wireless internet.

Hostels charge 60,000 pesos for a room without bathroom in Med, so its really not to bad a price for short term rental!

Sorry, but $50 is a great price in comparison to many of the other venues available in Medellin.
