I don't deny that not even for a minute. That's my right. My homes are in foreclosure; big deal does that mean I need to put my tenants out on the street? NO.
They all knew in advance of the foreclosure, and most of them have elected to stay. The reason being is that they like me, like my rentals, and know that when there is a problem, my handyman will show up in 24 hours depending on what the problem is.

Do you think reporters tell the truth, or dirtbag tenants? Have you been a landlord?

Mr. Gilleti would love for you to believe that he - and people like him - way over-leveraged, and now skimming off the top and moving their assets off shore so that when the bank finally comes to collect on its debt, it finds nothing much except a trashed house worth 70% what it loaned - are simple victims in this disaster.

They'll be needing a bailout, of course. And who do you think will pay for their bailout?
