jobs in Bogota

Hey guys...I have been here in Bogota from Canada for almost 2 months now. I am teaching English like alot of you. I seem to be having trouble finding private classes and the institutes are giving me lousy hours. I do not have a TSL certificate. I need a stable job. I do not have a University or College degree. Can you guys give me some advice on were I might be able to work and make ok cash? Any help is appreciated.
