I was wondering when language academies were going to start with the "Colombia's bilingual program" stuff. Still, 2 million pesos a month might be pretty good for Cali, right?

Details:
EFL teachers: Professional organistion seeking dynamic, motivated people who want to develop their teaching skills in our centres in Cali. Principally adult groups with some young learners, plus Cambridge exam suite preparation (IELTS, FCE etc). Regular feedback and teaching workshops.

IELTS trainers: Specialist in IELTS preparation needed for group and private class exam prep. Job involves general English classes, other exam prep and could include teacher training, depending on experience. We are a British Council authorised IELTS exam centre and are meeting the needs of Colombia's National Bilingual Programme.

Qualifications:
EFL teachers: TEFL cert a must and two year's full time post certificate experience. References required.

IELTS trainer: TEFL cert plus three year's teaching experience. Must have had extensive IELTS preparation experience and experience of other Cambridge exams.

Compensation:
EFL teachers: Basic package around $725 US for 100 hour working month. Six month and 12 month contracts available. Benefits available for 12 month option.

IELTS trainers: Around $1000 US for 100 hour working month. 12 month contract options only.
