Jet Box

Well, I have been living in Bogota for a week now and am enjoying the craziness. There are workmen creating a street behind me as I am typing this--basically with their hands, shovels and a few small tools!
Question--what does anyone know about Jet Box as a mail/package forwarding service? Is it better than or equal to using Servientrega?
