IT Jobs in Bogota

Hi all-

I'm wondering if anyone knows of any companies (USA, multinational) that may have english-speaking job opportunities in Colombia, preferably Bogota. I'm looking for contract or long term Information Technology opportunities. I'm looking for opportunities in project management, analysis, or tech writing (I'm not a programmer). Any ideas or good resources?
