Is Webman in LOVE with Colombiche ??

In this site now there is a little poster where it says '' Colombiche '', As i understand it was made by someone who FELT in love with Colombiche and now he is trying to impress her by writing little love tips everywere, But please guys could you do this in private and not in public on the eyes of everyone ? Is great that Colombiche and Web are in love but honestly SHOULD WE CARE ?
