My wife left the States under voluntary depature several years ago. We have gone back and forth on whether to try to make things work or to divorce. I filed a petition for her in 2003 but let it fall to the wayside. Now she would like to come to the States to visit, not necessarily to return. Is this possible? Will she be given a tourist visa under these circumstances? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.
