In Medellin, I have been told that there is some sort of law in place to modernise the bus fleet. Bus owners and operators have been given a certain length of time to replace the existing old buses with enviormentally friendly ones. Does anyone know if this is in fact true ? Any information or facts would be most appreciated. Thanks.
