PBH / colombia (travelguide, pictures) / post |
I've been living in Bucaramanga for about a month and next week my fiance and I will be going to San Andres. Everyone keeps telling us that we can buy cheap clothes, electronics, perfumes, etc over there. However, I recall reading that it is not the case anymore. I don't recall where I read that though.
So what is the truth? Will we be able to shop for inexpensive items there? I want to know so we make sure to bring luggage to ring stuff back if that is the case.
