While this may be premature as I'm a long ways off from proposing marriage, I would like to know if their is an immigration office in Barranquilla? For example, If I decided to marry a Columbian living in the North, would she have to go to Bogota for interview, or is their an immigration office in Barranquilla or anywhere in the North?
Thanks in advance

utopiacowboy says on Dec 31, 2004, 15:21: No, there is not. All immigration matters are handled in Bogota. Barranquilla does have a consular agency that provides some US citizen services. Here is their web page: http://usembassy.state.gov/bogota/wwwsc015.shtml Disclaimer: any comment I make is inane and is not to be taken seriously, and is so patently ridiculous that no one should take it seriously, even as an insult. 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
