Is the procedure for applying for pensianado visa the same as last year?

This will be my scond time applying for my retirement visa. Last year I went to the U.S. Embassy ,which was then open between 2pm and 4 pm Monday thru Friday. Then the Legalazation building and then on to MRE:
Has anyone gone thru the procss as of late and am I correct in the above procedure? (You all know how things can change in this country).

I did it in November. Nothing changed. There are several posts here - check out Arthur Brode's post recently on this issue. I followed it to the letter and it was perfect. Took me less than a day to get the visa.

Embassy is now open Between 2 and 3 ( Finance requests ) Monday -Thursday .

Legalization is open Mon -Fri 7 until 2 only !

MRE opens at 7:30 .. Make sure you have two copy's of the front page of you passport & two copy's of Last years Visa too.

You need new everything . 2 new Photo's ( small ) on white back ground for your Visa
