Is it hard to find a job as a Bussines Admin?

Hello my people..lol. I hope everyone here is safe and with a good health. Well i have another question about my future. Well i been thinking and i have change my career in college. my first question is how hard is it to have your own bussines in colombia,cali? What steps or procedure do you need to do to have a good bussines? And im planing to study Bussines managment. How are the jobs market in colombia with a degree like that one?
