floridablanca im a gringo and i been there before . i been to bucaramanga several times, my girlfriend lives there. its pretty safe if you stay on the main roads and near the center of town, just dont go wandering off or into a small town outside the main town.

Floridablanca is part of metropolitan Bucaramanga. It is actually part of the city, just like Envigado would be to Medellín, or Jamundí to Cali. You notice you have crossed to Floridablanca from Bucaramanga as you cross the bridges over the small canyon that divides the two. Giron is the historic town that is also part of metropolitan Bucaramanga, and Piedecuesta is the upperside of town where the suburban upperend homes have developed in the last few years.
