Is Ds-157 required for a K-1?

I just saw this page

And I was wondering if any of those who already went through the interview and had visas approved were required this?

thanks! Yes I know I've been stressing a lot about this... I just want it to be perfect... I would hate to miss something and then cause a delay...

But thanks a lot for the advice and yes I will try to relax more or I will be all gone crazy by the wedding time.

Oh and thanks for informing me ds-157 is just for male applicants... so I wont need it!!
