HI all...does anyone know what IRS form I need to have my husband sign to indicate to the government that he has no SSN as he is not a US Citizen and is currently living in Colombia. I've searched the IRS website hi and lo, and it's giving me a headache. Hopefully someone in this forum has some knowledge or experience...as always, many, many thanks...

"TIN" ,taypayer identification number, IRS issues TINs to foreign nationals and others who have federal tax reporting or filing requirements and do not qualify for SSNs. Examples of individuals who need ITINs include: "Credidi pretio parvo emere et magno vendere tibi in animo fuisse!" . 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
