I am going to detail it and working on a business plan now. I will say that the place will cost about 200K US but has 10 rooms and an small store location in front. Two of the rooms are on a split level bottom portion of the house being rented now at $225 a month. The store is being rented at $190. Two of the bedrooms now are being rented as an office at $145 a month. I want to find two investors at 50K each. The place looks fantastic. I would like to do it right.
