For Sale in Bogota....barrio Siete de Agosto calle 66 con 23. 280 m2, currently owned by myself and my aunt 50-50. Currently rented to a Supermercado owner with a business in place with rent at 4 milones de pesos monthl of which my half comes to 2 milones de pesos monthly.
