PBH / colombia (travelguide, pictures) / post |
Hi,
My Boyfriend and I want to invest in some properties in Colombia, due to his involment with the real estate business in the USA we would like to be able to establish an International Real Estate "corporation" to have the ability of claiming deductions in the States from our trips and expenses related to the investments in Colombia.
I am looking around and thanks to this side i already collected a lot of information about the process on the purchases, lawyers and more, but now I need to know if there is such a thing as an investor visa????
If you have any information about this please let me know, i will really appreciated your help.
Thank you!
