Investment Opportunity:: On-Demand Software Company

Hey everyone... I am a gringo living in Bogota and I started a U.S. / Colombian company that provides Human Resource solutions to North and South American companies. Our products are fully web-native (on-demand), multi-lingual (just Spanish and English for now). We have been pre-selling in Colombia and already have 4 committed clients including two in the US. Most of the clients are small companies to get us started. There are a few more clients but they are companies of friends.

We are looking for additional investment to expand marketing and development efforts as the product grows. If you are looking for an aggressive, high-risk investment, this could be a good opportunity. We currently have 5 investors: 2 from the US, and 3 Colombians. Two of our current investors have experience starting and selling off a startup here in Colombia before. I as well have started a company here that is profitable now and manages itself. So, we have a good team. We are looking for investment in increments of $10,000 USD up to $200,000 in total. We are currently pursuing investors in Europe, the US, and Colombia
