Internet in Cartagena: ETB or Telecom?

Any suggestions on which company in Cartagena, the newly arrived ETB or Telecom, is more reliable in service? i know the prices and plans each offers in Cartagena, but know nothing on the reliability of the connection and service of either company in Cartagena. Any "horror stories" or "nightmares" of either company? Like everyone else connected to the addictive internet, i prefer a hispeed reliable connection.

Other recommendations?

Miguel_Clavo I don't know anyone with broadband in Ctg who are with ETB, I know a dozen people, myself included who have broadband with Telcom, the others and I have had the odd problem, but no major ones yet, touch wood.

Don't know about Cartagena but In Barranquilla... If broadband access in Cartagena is anything like in Barranquilla...

Stay away from ETB if you are planning on using VoIP and they use Wi-MAX (wireless connections).

If what they use is DSL, then I have no recommendation since I havent't tried. I know that VoIP works well with Metrotel using DSL in barranquilla.

Doesn't everbody use Costanet in Cartagena It is the most popular and has different broadband speeds to fit your budget. I am new in Cartagena so I am interested in hearing about the others. I have Vonage and am trying to get it hooked up with a Hotel wireless access for a few days but am having trouble.
