Internet BS

I've been in Bogota for a few months, I got kicked out of the last place I was in and had to move to San Rafael, a peaceful southern barrio. I've tried to get broadband here for about two months and nothing gives, tvcable and etb keep making excuses. And using prepaid cards doesn't help because being colombian, ETB charges outrageous prices on sole minutes. So I was looking to get unlimited dial-up (which is still an arm and a leg) and they had restrictions on what I would be able to see, including, among other things, pornography. I'm no porn addict, but it sickened me to see such a disregard for liberty, and of course my heart goes out to colombian adolescents who have ETB dial-up.
