International Student: Looking for a room to Rent

I am currently on vacation with family in Cartagena and Barranquilla but when I return I will be looking for a room to rent in Bogota. I currently live in Chia and study at the Universidad de la Sabana. However next semester I would be interested in living the life in the big city Bogota. Not to mention theres more to do there.

Looking for a good clean safe environment...pluses would be like a hot maid lol kidding but one meal a day, internet, tv, clothes washed ect

I would move in Febuary and it will be for like 3 4 months
