Hello All,
Hope all is well with you.
I have been calling a regular home number from USA to Cali. How do I do call a mobile number? The first three digits are 311.
Thanks,
Angel

Peter Miami says on Jul 17, 2005, 20:34: Calling Card Plan Bogota is correct on dialing from U.S. to cellular in Colombia. You should start using a calling card for cheaper rates. I only use direct dialing from my home or cellular when I do not feel like dialing all the digits from a calling card plan. I use www.vmacorp.com it is the best rates with out any hidden charges but check which is better from you city and state. Do a search on this website we have discuss this issue a lot and there are people who feel very strong with their calling card plans.

Dan says on Jul 18, 2005, 04:32: I even switched to Vonage to get cheaper rates. Calling cards can get the cost a little lower but it's a lot better than using Sprint like I was before. God Bless America! 0 funny, 0 helpful. |

flaleo says on Jul 19, 2005, 06:28: Vonage is still about double the per minute cost of calling cards (still direct dialing is much more). Put the code in a speed dial if you don't want to dial digits. I have mine set up so I hit one number on my phone and I wait a few seconds and I get a new dial tone (or voice saying 'enter the number...').
