Hey Felix, I want to commend you on your ambition. It is an important factor in accomplishing goals. And I am sure you will find success in your future (though you may find it slow if you are depending on the real estate market in central Florida these days.)

Even if it's your Papi's business you dream of expanding or taking over, I respect your dreams. But Felix, don't confuse people's lack of bragging with lack of success. And reality or not, your mouth may get you into trouble in countries with different cultures, like Colombia.

You have some catchy phrases memorized. Your problem is you assume everything is news to the rest of us. Many of us have already 'been there and done that', including helping others.

Tony, you seem to be headed in the right direction, you just need a major attitude overhaul. I'll remind you again, especially in the case of Colombia, bragging your mouth off may get you places with gals in the street, but you may not like some other people it attracts!
