If you want a real teacher, I would seriously suggest upping your pay a bit. A credentialed teacher knows what they are doing and isn't going to embarrass you or short change their student. A native English speaker who no credential is just that, a native English speaker with no credential. You always get what you pay for.

If a business has nothing to hide, they would not be afraid of people expressing opinions here. If they were 'destroyed' before and they left it that way, maybe it was for legitimate reasons.

This forum provides opportunity for all parties to express their opinion and defend themselves. I don't know these guys personally. But I would not want to trust a company afraid to show their face in public! I have heard plenty of horror stories of people being abused by these companies.
