I don't think that Cali will have a metro. They are thinking of a transmilenio type of system, like Bogota's.

Gringo is right also about how to stablish a nice neighborhood in Bogota compared to Cali. In general the orient part of Cali is between barrios strata 2,3 and some 4. Floralia is a relative new barrio for work class (I guess strata 2). Is located in North Cali-yes, one more time, Gringo...
