Madison, WI There was a party last year at a park on the west end of Lake Mendota (Lakeview?). However, there was nothing the year before that. But there was another one at the same park in 2004.

If you're interested, you can google it under Cupula, which is the people who usually take care of the Independence Day in Chicago, to be more precise, the party actually takes place in Maywood, Illinois.
