Does anyone here have any resources? Perhaps a government site or two outlining the process?

getting better says on Apr 20, 2008, 11:53: There are other threads on this site if you search it. But it's not too hard to incorporate, complying with rules once you are incorporated is quite a burden on a small company, and incorporation is not a step to be taken lightly. I doubt one can fulfil all the requirements for a cost of less than a million pesos a month overheads.

getting better says on Apr 20, 2008, 12:33: You need a legal representative as well, and I think perhaps a revisor(a) fiscal (the accountant may get a colleague to act as that and one of them sign in each function).
