A sa far as the income levels go - is the amount for the poverty level for the specific year ? such as say a family of 4 needs 25k for 2006 but only 20k for 2005 ...so as long as your 2005 tax return says 20k you are ok ???- thanks

rjstuff says on Apr 14, 2006, 10:32: Yes and may be If you look at the I864 it walks you through it. So if you have done the 2005 taxes (well they are due in couple days) you will put down 2005 for the most recent tax year and list the income from that. In the section D you can put down 2006 and the income level (If you don't meet it then you may be able to get awya with using 2005 but I am not sure.) The differences are not that great so hopefully you meet both of them. Good Luck
