In the midst of my pain

A couple of days ago I couldn't sleep from the tremendous toothache that hijacked my sleep.....so bad was the pain I was begging for my haemorrhoids to come back. As the pain seemed to climax and I felt the urge to slap my left cheek against the cold solid wall, looking for alternative stimulus to distract that illegitemate pain, I seemed to have tapped into a hitherto reserve of creativity that had me producing alternatives to PBH - Poor But Happy.....my initial offering of Please Bitch Here did little to dispel the pain but provided a twinkle of motivation and just as an insomniac starts to count sheep or naked women jumping over a fence I soon started to think of other alternatives to PBH.....Pendejos Buscando Hoes.......Pandemonium Betrothes Havoc....Paisas, Burras & Hearsay.....it's a shame I was too much in pain to be arsed to write these little moments of creativity down fully but I'm sure other PBH'ers have others just as good if not better....please by all means go ahead!
