In desperate need of topo maps of Colombia

Can anybody tell me where to find good topo maps of Colombia, 1:50 000 or 1:25 000.
Do such maps of Colombia even exist?

how would they not have 'GPS in Colombia?????

It covers the globe.

I heard (a long time ago) that a lot of maps are "brushed" because of the guerrilla. Not true? I thought that even applied to google earth.

GPS satellites cover the globe. They give the geographic coordinates of the position of the GPS receiver (in your car for example).
But for a GPS system in your car, you need accurate digital maps of the area you want to drive and a software that calculates the best way. And all must be integrated in one device.
In Colombia I am not sure you have them all.
